Branding is one of my favorite areas of graphic design. For this project i started with a random object & started abstracting shapes from it to create a logo. I used a pair of scissors & worked my way to a stylized bicycle & cyclist for an imaginary cycling company named Circuit. Making sure that the triangular gestalt of the logo stayed dynamic was important & also chipping away corners of the original typeface to make it look a bit more futuristic & fast helped the identity of the brand.
